Heyazah Real Estate Development signed a real estate development agreement with Alistithmar Capital to develop the "Sahara Plaza" project in King Fahd District, Riyadh. The project extends over a land area of approximately 12,000 square meters, offering a mixed-use destination that includes residential, office, and commercial components, within a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept, and located about 250 meters from King Abdulaziz Road Station. This step reflects Heyazah's direction toward developing distinguished projects that create sustainable value and provide an integrated urban experience that aligns with the aspirations of Riyadh.
