ICAP is a mixed-use development on King Abdullah Road that combines residential, office and retail uses around connected plazas and green walkways.

The project sits on a 12,540 m² plot with a targeted total built-up area of 62,700 m², with massing that steps up from the low-rise neighbourhood towards the urban frontage on the main road.

The concept follows Salmani architecture principles of privacy, shade and green roofs, separating residential from office movement within a walkable environment.
